News Release - For Immediate Release

Chicago, Illinois - October 8, 2007 At a global business conference held recently in Washington, D.C., Kinsella Group executives shared their insights into opportunities and strategies for Asian acquirers of North American companies.

On September 24th, 2007, Robert J. Kinsella, founder and President of Kinsella Group, and Bernard M. Filler, Managing Director of Kinsella Group's Asia Practice, conducted a joint presentation at the Asia Outbound Conference co-sponsored by the U.S.-China Business Council and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Guests at the conference included a delegation of more than two-dozen business and governmental leaders from the People's Republic of China, led by Chen Jian, Assistant Minister of Commerce responsible for China Outbound Investments.

In a presentation entitled "Asia Outbound M&A and Capital Sourcing Buy-Side Services," Mr. Kinsella and Mr. Filler offered conference attendees an overview of U.S.-based middle-market companies (annual revenues ranging from US$25 to $150 million), with a focus on the process of how Chinese, Indian, Japanese and other Asian businesses can identify and pursue businesses that offer attractive investment targets.

The discussion featured an in-depth analysis of two "real-world" acquisition efforts in which Kinsella Group is now actively serving clients: first, the search, by a privately owned Indian manufacturer of plastic injection-molding components, for a similar North American acquisition target; and second, Kinsella Group's representation of a privately owned Chinese company (with public shareholders on the U.S. NASDAQ market) that manufactures air-brake system components and which is interested in expanding the distribution network for its China-made products through the acquisition of North American regional distributors.

The two executives also provided a review of Kinsella Group's unique experience representing Asian strategic or financial acquirers interested in acquiring North American-based middle market companies and in arranging financing to help support those transactions.

Mr. Kinsella, Mr. Filler and Kinsella Group have particular expertise advising U.S. and Chinese clients on the intricacies of cross-border merger, acquisition and joint-venture transactions. In helping promote these transactions, Kinsella Group focuses on enabling Chinese businesses to enter into strategic transactions that also enhance the profitability and market share of selected U.S. businesses. For the past several years, Kinsella Group has seen a significant increase in these alliances, and is rapidly becoming the "go-to" firm for both U.S.- and China-based businesses interested in exploring these opportunities.

Kinsella Group's ongoing participation in these global conferences and similar initiatives is a result of its commitment to continue and expand its services and value to current and prospective business clients in both China and the United States. Acting as middle-market investment bankers, Kinsella Group helps clients and other key parties recognize and execute forward-thinking value propositions that build on the unique strengths of successful Chinese and North American enterprises.
