Shortly thereafter, the two Kinsella Group executives were received by Shenyang Vice Mayor Yang Yazhou at a formal reception held in Shenyang, China. The June 19th, 2008 Opening Ceremony and Luncheon for the Shenyang Office was hosted by the World Trade Center Illinois and held at the famous Signature Room at the 95th in the John Hancock Center Tower in Chicago. Joining Shenyang Vice Mayor Yang Yazhou were a number of political dignitaries and business leaders from China and Chicago. Shenyang is the capital of Liaoning Province in the People's Republic of China.
