NEWS RELEASE Kinsella Group Launches Redesigned Website, Expands Leadership and Business-Analyst Teams [Chicago, Illinois – 03.16.09] Kinsella Group, a boutique investment bank and business advisory group, is pleased to announce the launch of its redesigned website, http://www.kinsellagroup.com. Kinsella Group is also pleased to welcome two new members to its growing team of highly experienced strategic business advisors: Karl C. Johnson, Jr., Senior Vice President-Business Development, and Lei (Grace) Xiang, Analyst. Kinsella Group’s website redesign was driven by a desire to improve the effectiveness and security of communications between the firm and its clients, to better describe the group’s service offerings, and to provide value-added information of importance to businesses operating throughout the United States, Asia and around the globe. The website also includes direct links to Kinsella Group’s “Asia Initiative” site, where visitors can obtain additional information on the firm’s work with business clients, municipalities and government entities across China, India and other rapidly developing economies throughout Asia. As Senior Vice President-Business Development, Mr. Johnson brings to Kinsella Group more than 30 years of experience in both commercial and investment banking. A graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Master of Business Administration, Finance and Strategy) and Yale University (Bachelor of Arts, Economics), Mr. Johnson has held senior relationship management positions with several multinational financial institutions, with an emphasis on the automotive, technology (including cleantech and renewable energy), consumer products, aerospace and other manufacturing industries. He also was CEO of a venture backed new technology based auto emissions company and an independent business consulting firm. As Analyst, Ms. Xiang comes to Kinsella Group with an extensive background in information management, distribution and logistics, global procurement, and process improvement. A graduate of Shanghai (China) University, with a Bachelor of Management in Information Management and Information Systems, Ms. Xiang will complete her Master of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Madison this spring. She has held management positions at several technology and distribution companies in China, Singapore and the United States and is fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese and English. |
