Kinsella Group Launches China Website and Shanghai Office, Expanding Access for U.S. Companies in Asia

[Chicago, Illinois - August 25, 2009]
Kinsella Group, a middle-market investment bank and business advisory group with offices in Chicago and Washington, D.C., is pleased to announce the launch of its China website, http://www.kinsellagroup.cn, and its newest office in Shanghai, China. The new China office is staffed by Jonathan J.Q. Mao, Vice President, Relationship Manager, and Yiyun (Tanya) Tan, Analyst, Relationship Manager. The pair will be supported from Kinsella Group's Chicago headquarters by Lei (Grace) Xiang, Analyst.

Kinsella Group's new China website follows the redesign and relaunch of the firm's U.S. website in February, and is accessible to visitors in either Chinese or English text. The China website underscores Kinsella Group's commitment to helping U.S. sellers market U.S. companies in China and throughout Asia, and to assisting Chinese companies in acquiring technology, brands, product lines, distributions systems and companies in the United States. The new website is also intended to further develop relationships between U.S. and Chinese companies, including the negotiation of strategic alliances and licensing agreements, as well as to describe Kinsella Group's service offerings and provide value-added information of importance to businesses operating throughout the United States, Asia and around the globe.

Kinsella Group's China team includes the following individuals, all of whom are fluent in both Mandarin and English:

Prior to joining Kinsella Group, Mr. Mao was an Equity Research Analyst and Associate Fund Manger at China GT Investment Manager, an asset-management company, and was the co-founder of a technology-focused private equity fund. Mr. Mao earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, during which time he participated in the Exchange MBA program with the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Yiyun (Tanya) Tan, Analyst, Relationship Manager (Shanghai), is an experienced professional whose training and business background in both the United States and China enable her to create effective connections between companies and government agencies on both sides of the Pacific. Ms. Tan has held management positions in marketing and market research, public relations, government-agency communications and international human resources for both Chinese and U.S. corporations. She earned a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with honors, from Shanghai International Studies University.
