[Chicago, Illinois – January 12, 2010] Robert J. Kinsella, founder and President of Kinsella Group, was a featured speaker at the recent international conference, “Global Private Capital: Maximizing Shareholder Value in the Middle Market,” held September 29 through October 1, 2009, in Eltville-Frankfurt, Germany. Speaking to an audience of highly respected international investment advisors, government ministers and dealmakers, Mr. Kinsella discussed new developments in U.S. acquisition opportunities for foreign investors. The second-annual gathering was again co-sponsored by the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors and the Transatlantic Business Counsel. This year’s conference focused on the ongoing challenges presented by the current global financial situation, and provided participants with an opportunity to hear from industry leaders and experts, as well as to network with key government officials and M&A professionals from around the world. In his address, entitled “Acquisition Search in the United States: Opportunities for Cooperation and Fee Generation,” Mr. Kinsella reviewed a number of issues affecting foreign investment in the United States and provided specific strategies for developing systems of distributed risk and reward between acquirers, acquisition targets, and investment professionals and advisors.
