Brian S. Moore has substantial experience as a chief executive and senior manager for a range of companies involved in the manufacture and distribution of medical products, automobiles and consumer goods, as well as for financial services companies. Mr. Moore serves currently as President of Business Development and a member of the Board of Directors for Symmetry Medical, Inc., a leading independent provider of implants and related instruments and cases to the orthopaedic device industry. Previously, Mr. Moore served as Chairman of the Aircraft and Precision Engineering Division of EIG Group plc, as Chief Executive Officer of AB Precision (Poole) Limited, and in senior management roles at Vanderhoff plc, Land Rover Vehicles, Bass Brewing and Prudential Insurance, and as the Financial Director for a subsidiary of GEC Ltd. (UK). Qualified as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (the qualifying body for mechanical engineers in the United Kingdom) and as an Accountant with the UK Chartered Institute of Management Accounts, Mr. Moore taps his knowledge and background in engineering and finance to advise Kinsella Group and its clients on business development strategies, major corporate transactions and financing issues.

Karim Pakravan, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Finance at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Pakravan is a member of Investment Committee of Advocacy Investing, a Chicago-based socially responsible investment fund, for which he provides advice on macroeconomic and financial issues. He is a member of the board of the Illinois chapter of Social Enterprise Alliance and a member of the International Subcommittee of the Association of Merger & Acquisitions Advisors, where he serves as Editor of the AM&AA’s newsletter, M&A Global. After earning his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago, Mr. Pakravan spent 25 years as a senior strategist in global financial markets. During his banking career, Mr. Pakravan’s work covered a number of topics, including applied macroeconomic and financial research on currencies and emerging markets, country risk assessment and modeling in the context of enterprise-wide risk management, and international financial architecture. At DePaul University, his current research focuses on global macro-financial and regulatory issues. Drawing on his extensive experience in banking, finance and economics, Mr. Pakravan advises clients on a broad range of issues involving corporate finance and transactions.

Don W. Urbanowicz has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 23 years in senior leadership positions. Mr. Urbanowicz recently founded Urbanowicz Consulting, LLC, a medical device advisory firm with a musculoskeletal focus seeking to enable clients to achieve their strategic and transaction-related goals. Previously, he served in leadership roles at companies including Stryker, Smith & Nephew, Sofamor Danek and Aircast. During his tenure as Vice President of Business Development at Stryker Orthopaedics, he successfully concluded numerous pre-revenue technology and revenue-generating tuck-in transactions in both the United States and abroad. Mr. Urbanowicz is currently a Board member of Flex Biomedical, an early stage medical device company. Mr. Urbanowicz taps his knowledge and expertise on behalf of Kinsella Group and its clients to provide advice on business growth strategies and transactions in the medical device field and to help foster relationships with emerging and established medical device companies. He offers a particularly unique perspective on how large global companies approach transactions, including strategy, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, and integration.
