Kinsella Group Speaks At The 2005 Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors Summer Conference

[Lake Bluff, Illinois - July 23, 2005] Bernard M. Filler, Senior Vice President - M&A of Kinsella Group, Inc. was a panelist at the AMAA (Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors) Summer Conference "M&A Trends and Opportunities" held in Chicago, Illinois, July 20-22, 2005.

Mr. Filler sat on the "Business Owners' Panel" which was comprised of three M&A Firm principals along with several clients. Each panelist discussed a particular completed transaction focusing on the respective experiences and accomplishments from both the client's and investment banker's perspectives.

The focus of Mr. Filler's presentation was the significant challenges facing its client, a manufacturer of laminations for the wire and cable, aerospace and flexible-packaging industries, and the strong positive results achieved for the owners of this severely challenged business. For the five owners these results included seven-figure cash payments at closing, long term employment contracts with the buyer and release of all personal guarantees by the senior lender, which debt was discharged.

Mr. Filler further discussed Kinsella Group's service offerings, particularly its focused Acquisition Search services for both financial and strategic acquirers and its China Initiative which benefits both U.S. and Chinese businesses engaged in cross-border M&A and capital sourcing transactions.

Robert J. Kinsella and Mr. Filler left on July 23 for a 10-day trip to China where they met with business leaders and network partners in Shanghai and Beijing.
